





The Union League of Philadelphia, founded in 1862 as a patriotic society to support the Union, offers three unique golf experiences: The Union League Golf Club at Torresdale, Union League National Golf Club and Union League Liberty Hill.
The League entered the world of golf in a merger with Torresdale-Frankford Country Club in 2014. The Donald Ross design in Northeast Philadelphia, renamed The Union League Golf Club at Torresdale, is set to undergo a restoration by architect Andrew Green in the coming years. In 2018, the League expanded golf to the Jersey Shore with the purchase of Sand Barrens Golf Club. Now Union League National Golf Club, the magnificent 27-hole golf course underwent a renovation by Fry-Straka Global Golf completed in 2022. The Union League’s third golf amenity, Union League Liberty Hill, opened in 2021 following the purchase of the Ace Club and Conference Center.
